Findlay Firefighters Local 381 to Host ‘Fill the Boot’ Fundraiser at Findlay Cruise Night for Muscular Dystrophy Association
Members of Findlay Firefighters Local 381 will be conducting a Fill the Boot event during Findlay Cruise Night this Saturday, June 15.
They will have a large red tent set up just north of the river on North Main Street as part of the Findlay Cruise Night for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Firefighters will have boots to fill with money, change, or anything you can give as well as QR codes to scan for those who don’t have cash on hand.
The International Association of Fire Fighters has been partnered with MDA for 70 years and has been responsible for the collection of millions of dollars for research related to Muscular Dystrophy. The dollars raised through Fill the Boot fund MDA’s mission of empowering people living with neuromuscular disease to live longer, more independent lives.
