Jeanie M. Hill of Upper Sandusky, passed away surrounded by her family on Friday June 14, 2024, in Legacy of Marion. She was born on June 2, 1949, in Tiffin, OH to Lloyd and Ethel (Goffinet) Roberts.
Surviving is a daughter; Tina (Chris) Swartz of Upper Sandusky, sons; Robert “Bob” (Balinda) Hill Jr. of Alvada Troy (Raychelle) Hill of Sycamore, 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, brother; Andrew (Donna) Roberts of Upper Sandusky, sisters; Betty Shirk of Forest, Nancy Weatherholtz of Carey. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother; Kenneth Roberts, great grandchild; Matthew Hill Jr. and brother-in-law; Dean Shirk
Jeanie was a nurses aide at the former Wyandot Manor for many years. She worked at Marty’s IGA, Upper Sandusky and retired from Shotzy’s in Upper Sandusky from the food industry,
Jeannie adored her dogs and was a friend to all animals. She enjoyed watching movie’s and Law and Order TV series. Jeanie loved to bake with her daughter during Christmas and spend time with the grandchildren and great grandchildren. Many fond memories have been made with her grandchildren especially “deer looking.”
A visitation will be held on Monday June 17, 2024, from 4pm-7pm in Bringman Clark Funeral Home. Burial will be held at St. Peter’s Cemetery Monday July 1, 2024, at 11am with Pastor Betsy Bowen officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Wyandot County Humane Society or Capital City Hospice in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home 226 E. Wyandot Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
