Two people were sentenced this week in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to Court records:
Robert W. Wheeler was sentenced to a total of 5 years and five months to a maximum of 6 years and ten months in prison on one count each of possession of fentanyl-related compound and tampering with evidence.
Andrew A. Barcus changed his plea and was found guilty on one count of felonious assault. He waived his right to a pre-sentence investigation and was ordered to serve a minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 4 years and five months in prison.
Both cases were heard by Judge Steve Christopher.
