Hardin County Sports Hall of Fame Recently Enshrined Members of the “Class of 2024” and Awarded Scholarships

The Hardin County Sports Hall of Fame recently held their 12th annual banquet Saturday, June 15, 2024 at St John’s Church in Kenton.  Six individuals and one team were enshrined as members of the “Class of 2024”.  The evening started with a catered dinner and two local student/athletes garnering Wes Davis Memorial scholarships for their work in the classroom, community and athletic achievements.

2024 The Wes Davis Memorial Scholarship Recipients:

Each Student/Athlete received a one time check of $500.00 for future college/university endeavors.

Pictured: Alex Sanders (USV HS). Son of Travis and Jamie Sanders. Alex will be attending the University of Findlay; Findlay, Ohio and playing Football.

Not Pictured: Brynn Butler (Kenton HS) daughter of Jesse and Alana Butler.  Brynn will be attending University of Akron; Akron, Ohio to further her academic endeavors.
