Indian Lake State Park announced a fun-filled week of activities, including the opening of their new nature center that is located inside the campground area.
This evening, they are hosting Nature Adventures with Logan County Libraries. Participants will meet at Old Field Beach North Shelter from 6:00pm until 7:00pm to learn about Ohio animals. This event requires registration. Please visit logancountylibraries.org/kids to register.
The public is invited to join them on Wednesday, July 10th from 5:00pm until 7:00 pm for an open house of their new nature center. You will have a chance to chat with their naturalist, check out their displays and learn more about what programs they offer at the park. You can also stop by the camp commissary for some ice cream after. All are welcome to attend.
On Thursday, July 11th you can join the naturalist for a walk at Pew Island trail at 5 pm. The trail is about a mile long and over level ground. All are welcome.
