Obituary for Samantha J. Flowers-Pelfrey

Samantha J. Flowers-Pelfrey age 39 of Forest, passed away at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center on July 5, 2024. She was born Dec. 11, 1984 in Kenton to Mark and Jo Jo ((Burton) Flowers. She married Chad Pelfrey on Oct. 11, 2008. Samantha is survived by her loving husband Chad, mother Jo Jo, children Joseph Pelfrey, Darwin Pelfrey, Seeley Pelfrey, Sawyer Pelfrey, Ava Cole, Madison White, Isaiah White and a grandchild Ivy Bayes. She is preceded in death by her father and a brother Cody Flowers.

Samantha was a was a homemaker, and adored her Children. She loved gathering her family and having cookouts. For hobbies she enjoyed making arts and crafts for other people. Samantha opened her heart and arms and home to anyone that needed help.

Funeral services will be held Fri. July 12, 2024 at 10:30AM in the Clark Shields Funeral Home, Forest. Interment will follow in Hueston Cemetery. Visitation is from 3:00-6:00PM Thurs.
