The Ohio State Fair has teamed up with OCALI to provide a sensory-friendly morning at the Ohio State Fair tomorrow, July 25th from 10:00am until 1:00pm.
They are turning down the lights and volume to help provide a sensory-friendly experience. You can ride amusement rides without flashing lights or music. There will be an array of educational and sensory-friendly activities in the morning, along with fewer crowds.
They also invite attendees to take a break in the eight-acre Natural Resources Park or the soothing air-conditioned Quiet Room located in the southeastern side of Central Park.
OCALI is funded in part through a grant from the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce- Office for Exceptional Children.
