The Hardin County Fair announced last week they will be implementing a new lunch pass program during the fair from 11am until 1pm on weekdays.
With the new program, individuals can purchase a lunch pass for $10 and if the guest returns to the gate within one hour of entering, they will receive an $8 refund, costing the guest a total of $2.
Brad Murphy, President of the Hardin County Fair Board stated they wanted to make fair food accessible for those that work and have an hour for lunch.
Lunch passes are available with cash only at the gates.
