A trial date for an Ada man who was arrested and charged in Grant County, Indiana after he allegedly traveled to Marion, Indiana from Ohio in what he believed was a prearranged meeting to pick up children under the age 14 for sexual exploitation has been rescheduled.

64-year-old Dennis J. Roth has been charged with three counts of conspiracy to commit promotion of child sexual trafficking, three counts of attempted child molesting and three counts of child solicitation.

His trial was scheduled to start this month in Grant Superior Court in Indiana, but it is now scheduled for December 3.

His arrest stems from a Predator Catchers Incorporated investigation started in early April this year and occurred in the 4800 block of South Western Avenue in Marion, Indiana where a meeting was preplanned.
