Upper Scioto Valley School congratulated a first grade student for winning Hardin County Fair Prince Title.
Fletcher Eibling is the son of Austin and Mary Eibling and he attends 1st grade at USV.
The crowning of the Jr. Fair Royalty will take place on Tuesday, September 3rd at the Hardin County Fair followed by the band show in front of the grandstand from 6:30pm until 9:00pm.
