Alger Public Library Holding Card Sign-Up Contest During Month of September

September is Library Card Sign-Up Month and the Alger Public Library is holding a Sign-Up contest.

During the contest in September, winners will receive a gift card for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for the most tickets received for signing up a new patron.

Anyone who signs up for a new Alger Public Library Card or brings in a family member or friend to get a new library card, will both be entered in a drawing for the card. 

If one person brings in two friends, both friends go in the drawing, and the person who brought them in gets their name in the drawing twice.

The winners will be drawn the week of October 7th.
