An arrest was made, and narcotics were seized after a traffic stop in Logan County Thursday.
According to information from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, while assisting with a joint drug interdiction operation involving the Logan County Unified Drug Task Force and the Bellefontaine Police Department Criminal Patrol Unit, a traffic stop was initiated on U.S. 68 South near the West Liberty Village Corporation Limit.
K9 Tega was deployed and positively identified known narcotics within the vehicle.
Upon searching, just over 18 grams of crystal methamphetamine was seized netting.
One person, whose name has not yet been released, was arrested for possession of a schedule 2 substance.
