Kenton Man Sentenced on One Count of Disseminating Matter Harmful to Juveniles

A Kenton man was sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

59-year-old Gary W. Hatcher was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.

He was ordered to serve 90 days local incarceration beginning Monday, September 23rd.

The case dates back to June of 2023 when Hatcher sold, delivered or furnished obscene material to a juvenile or to a law enforcement officer posing as a juvenile.

He was indicted in February of this year.

The case was heard by Judge Steve Christopher.
