Hancock County METRICH Drug Task Force Executes Search Warrant, Seizes Drugs and Vehicle in Findlay

Two Findlay men were arrested after a drug raid was conducted in that city early Friday morning.

According to a release, the Hancock County METRICH Drug Task Force, assisted by the Findlay Police Department Emergency Response Team, executed a narcotic search warrant at 329 East Foulke Avenue in Findlay.

The search of the residence yielded suspected methamphetamine, suspected Fentanyl, prescription pills, Psilocybin (mushrooms) and several items of drug paraphernalia.

A 2012 Chevrolet Equinox was also seized.

As a result of the search, 37-year-old Andrew Nelson and 34-year-old Jesse Sleasman were arrested.

Nelson has been charged with possession of methamphetamine, and Sleasman was arrested on active warrants.

Both men are being held in the Hancock County Justice Center, and additional charges of drug trafficking and possession of drugs are expected at the conclusion of this investigation.
