Tomorrow is Halloween, and the weather could be a little spooky.
The National Weather Service forecast is for an 80% percent of showers moving in by afternoon.
It will also be windy on Thursday.
South wind of 20 to 25, gusting as high as 37 miles an hour is possible.
In our area, that could impact trick or treat times for Ada, Alger, Belle Center, Forest and McGuffey, which are all scheduled for tomorrow evening.
