A Barbell Medicine event will be held at Upper Scioto Valley School on Wednesday, November 13th.
The event is being presented by Mary Rutan Health Physical Therapists and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists.
This complimentary service will allow specialized physical therapists to analyze Olympic lifting form and suggest potential modifications to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.
There will be two sessions on November 13th, with Session 1 from 3:30pm until 4:30pm and Session 2 from 4:30pm until 5:30pm.
