Upper Scioto Valley Local Honor Society Welcomes New Members in 2024/2025 Induction Ceremony
The Upper Scioto Valley Local Honor Society held a new member induction ceremony for 2024/2025 earlier this week.
Rhiannon Risner, Mackenzie Hopkins, Benjamin Tidd, Noah McCoy, Jase Prater, Lauren Kearns, Grace Michels, Austin Ferryman, and Ivie Gonzalez were inducted (top row of picture).
The second year members of the LHS initiated the nine candidates into their numbers. They include: Mason Thompson, Maddox Underwood, Chelsea Jordan, Maudie Decker, Elaina Lemar, Shalyn Lawrence and Sydney Christensen (bottom row of picture).
The group serves the school and community through various activities including Veteran’s Day Breakfast and program, Thanksgiving school lunch, assisting with holiday gifts for students, and and egg hunt.
One of the highlights of their USV school involvement is the annual Trunk or Treat, which was this past Wednesday for all USV students.
