‘Coping with Holiday Stress and Winter Blues’ Event Set for November 26th at Forest-Jackson Public Library

Wyandot Medical Providers at Forest are inviting the community to an informative class about how to handle stress around the holidays at the Forest-Jackson Public Library on Tuesday, November 26th at 5:00 p.m.

Holiday blues is a term used to describe the temporary feelings of sadness, loneliness, and caused by several factors including:

  • Unrealistic expectations, Stress, Sentimental Memories, Loneliness, Fatigue, Tension, A Sense of Loss, Reduced Daylight and Alcohol Consumption.
