Kenton Man Arrested Saturday, Faces Menacing and Disorderly Conduct Charges

A man who was issued a summons for assault and menacing late last week was arrested over the weekend.
According to information on the Kenton Police Department’s Daily Log Sheet for November 16, officers received a report concerning threats being made towards residents at 900 East Columbus Street.
As a result of the investigation, 68-year-old Melvin Kearns was arrested.
He is being held on charges of menacing and disorderly conduct.
He was arrested on Saturday.
The incident that resulted in a summons occurred this past Thursday night also at 900 East Columbus Street.
