Logan County Sheriff’s Office Reminds Motorists of Dangers of Distracted Driving

The Logan County Sheriff’s Office is reminding motorists about the dangers of distracted driving.

Distracted driving is doing another activity that takes the driver’s attention away from driving.

The Sheriff’s Office listed the three types as visual, which is taking your eyes off the road, manual, taking your hands off the wheel and cognitive, which is taking your mind off driving.

Distracted driving can increase the chance of a motor vehicle crash.
