At Marie’s request there will be no services. She wished to be cremated. Burial at Fairview McDonald Cemetery will take place at a later date. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements. 

Marie passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024, at Fox Run Manor in Findlay. She was born on January 28, 1943, in New Riegel to the late Alvin and Mary (Ream) Huss. She married Franklin Holcomb, and he preceded her in death.

Surviving is a daughter, Michelle Stinson of Findlay, Kurt (Mandie) Holcomb of Kenton, a stepdaughter, Deb Holcomb of Kenton, a brother, Richard Huss of Findlay, 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by 2 stepsons, Robert “Bob” Holcomb and Franklin “Butch” Holcomb.

Marie graduated from Tiffin Calvert High School. She worked for RCA in Findlay for over 30 years before her retirement.

She had previously attended the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Kenton. 

In her free time, Marie enjoyed reading and doing crochet/needle work.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Marie’s may be made to the Hardin County Humane Society.
