Carol Jean Fulks, age 91 formerly of Dunkirk passed away on Friday, December 6, 2024 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center.
She was born on December 23, 1932 to the late Charles Henry and Helen (Long) Semler. She married Donald Dean Fulks and they later divorced. She is survived by five children, Gary (Debi) Fulks, Amy Combs, Mike Fulks, Marjorie (Greg) Bromley and Charles “Charlie” (Karen) Fulks; thirteen grandchildren, Cheri (Ed) Newton, Juli (Michele Sparks) Fulks, Brant (Courtney) Fulks, Tim (Rachel) Fulks, Jeff (Jaime) Combs, Kelly Combs, Corey (Tashe) Fulks, Jason Fulks, Christine (Nick) Palazzolo, Lisa Bromley, Matt Bromley, Jennifer (Andre) Miller, Jill (Danny) Richards and 21 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Hallas Semler, Clyde Semler and sister, Hilda Williams.
She was a 1950 graduate of Mt. Blanchard High School and was a home health aide and a beautician, out of her home.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at Blanchard River Church of Christ, 15745 OH-81, Dunkirk, OH 45836 with Pastor Cynthia Morrison officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services (10-11am) Tuesday at the church.
