The Ada School District has revised the COVID-19 Safety Plan to help mitigate the spread of the virus due to elevated cases at Ada.
The plan puts in place masking on the bus beginning Monday, September 20.
Additionally, the plan clarifies quarantine timelines and puts into place a tiered system approach based upon percentages of positive cases in the classroom, at a grade level, building level and district level.
The district will continue to monitor and revise the plan as circumstances evolve and guidelines from the federal, state or local regulations change.
School officials say the goal is to maintain in-person learning and keep staff and students safe.
