An arraignment date has been set for a man who was arrested in connection to the investigation of a missing McGuffey man.
42-year-old Dustin Ray Bolen will be arraigned in Hardin County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday, November 19.
He was arrested last week after being indicted on charges of murder, tampering with evidence, gross abuse of a corpse, having weapons under disability, trafficking in fentanyl, theft from a person in a protected class, and possessing criminal tools.
The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation into the disappearance of Michael Bolen.
On March 31st of this year, family members reported that 66-year-old Bolen had been missing from his residence since March 29th.
