Lima Police and the Allen County Sheriff's Office defused an apparent hostage situation Sunday morning. Findlay Police, OSHP Nab Suspected Trailer Thief

Findlay Police and the Ohio State Highway Patrol made the arrest of a man alleged to have stolen a semi trailer and driven it to Ohio Friday afternoon. Officers caught up to the Missouri-registered trailer at the corner of Lincoln and Main Streets around 3:20 p.m. The trailer had been reported stolen by the Longwood Police Department in Florida. Investigation into this incident remains ongoing.
