Former Dayton Insurance Agent and Investment Adviser Sentenced for Ponzi Scheme Targeting Elderly

DAYTON - Former Dayton-area insurance agent and investment adviser John Gregory Schmidt was sentenced today in Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas to serve five years in prison.
