Findlay Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrant Following Car Accident on Monday

A Findlay man was arrested after an accident in the city on Monday. According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, 29-year-old Marcus Spikes was driving north on Morey Avenue and ran a red light at West Trenton Avenue.
