She is the coach of the Girls' Cross Country team at Riverdale, and her team was champions of the BVC for the 2024 season. Allison Woodruff was the BVC's Runner of the Year.
A Kenton man was cited for several violations after Kenton Police investigated a report about a suspicious vehicle report early Sunday morning. Disabling damage occurred to both vehicles, but there were no injuries after a crash Sunday morning in Kenton. According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, 42-year-old Michael Hoel Jr., of Kenton, drove onto Main Street from Walnut, and his pickup truck was struck by a southbound car being operated by 39-year-old Bethany L. Tabor, of Harrod. Hoel was cited for failing to yield from a stop sign.
