Alzheimer’s Education Series Continues on May 16th in Kenton

The fifth in a six part Alzheimer's Education Series will be held next Thursday, May 16th. It will start at 6:00 that evening at Trustwell Living at Blanchard Place in Kenton. The May program is "Understanding and Responding to Dementia Related Behaviors". Those attending will receive tips to better communicate with people living with the disease. The program is free, but registration is required by calling 419-419-5858.

Local 2024 Walk to End Alzheimer’s Dates Announced

Kenton Cruise Night Resumes with a Few Changes

Credit: Old City Hall Antique Mall Despite construction, Cruise Night is back in downtown Kenton. After doing some figuring, Cruise Night will be moved one block to the West. Detroit, Columbus, Franklin and Market Streets will be the new Square while the downtown construction is going on. The first Cruise Night of the Summer will be this coming Friday, May 10th starting at 6 pm.

Kenton Middle School 8th Graders Recently Visited Washington, DC

Credit: Kenton City Schools Credit: Kenton City Schools Kenton Middle School 8th Graders recently visited Washington, DC from April 29th until May 2nd.  The students were able to tour The Capitol and visited the Ford Theatre.
