Ronald E. Milligan age 75, of Upper Sandusky died at Wyandot Memorial Hospital on Sun. Feb. 3, 2019. He was born Mar. 8, 1943 in Columbus to the late Gerald and Winona (Long) Milligan. A big change could be coming for the Pay as You Throw program in Kenton. A DeGraff man has been arrested and is facing rape charges. WPKO Radio reported that 23 year old Israel Gregg is accused of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13. He was arrested by Logan County Sheriff's deputies Monday afternoon and charged with 3 counts of rape. The alleged incidents occurred in 2018. The incident remains under investigation.
