Man Facing Possible Drug Charges Following Weekend Incident

Kenton Man Charged with Endangering Children

A Kenton man was charged with endangering  children following an incident reported to Kenton police on Saturday.   According to the report, officers were dispatched to the Kenton Elementary School to investigate a report of an assault on a child.   32 year old Joshua Petty was charged following an investigation.   The 12 year old victim suffered apparent minor injuries.

Kenton Woman Victim of Scam

  A Kenton woman is the victim of a scam.   The exact nature of the scam was not released, but according to the report from Kenton Police Department, the 21 year old woman said she conducted one Western Union transfer of nearly $600, and another one for $500.   No suspects were listed, and the incident remains under investigation.

Findlay Police Involved in Pursuit Sunday Morning

A pursuit that occurred early Sunday morning in Findlay remains under investigation.   According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, officers attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 2500 block of South Main Street.   The driver instead fled out of the city on U.S. 68 and eventually turned east on Township Road 168.
