The son of a missing McGuffey man was arraigned in Hardin County Common Pleas Court on Thursday.
42-year-old Dustin Ray Bolen was arrested earlier this month in connection to the disappearance of Michael Bolen.
The charges in the indictment include murder, tampering with evidence, gross abuse of a corpse, having weapons under disability, trafficking in fentanyl, theft from a person in a protected class, and possessing criminal tools.
On March 31st of this year, family members reported that 66-year-old Bolen had been missing from his residence since March 29th.
In court on Thursday, Bolen was found indigent, and attorney Drew Wortman was appointed to represent him.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
An expected 10-day jury trial was set to begin May 5.
Bond was set at one million dollars cash or surety.
