Bond Set for Man Accused of Killing Older Brother

A rural Forest man, who is being held on charges of involuntary manslaughter and using weapons while intoxicated, made an initial appearance in Hardin County Municipal Court on Tuesday.

Dana L. Breidendach, age 68, was arrested over the weekend in connection to the death of his 71 year old brother Wayne Breidenbach.

Hardin County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a rural Forest home last Thursday morning where they found the body of the older brother.

Bond was set at $500,000 cash or surety.

A preliminary hearing was set for Tuesday February 28, 2023 in Hardin County Municipal Court.
