Kenton City Council’s 21st Regular Session of 2023

Kenton City Council met Monday evening. During the proceedings, Safety Service Director Cindy Murray shared that the city received a violation from the EPA. House on Columbus Street in Kenton Damaged by Fire

A house in the 400 block of West Columbus Street was damaged by fire Sunday evening. According to information from the Kenton Fire Department, firefighters were dispatched to 430 West Columbus at around 7:20pm, and they found heavy smoke and fire coming from the backside of the house. The Hardin County Engineer's Office announced a road closing. Starting today, Roundhead Township Road 21, between Township Roads 150 and 152 will be closed. It will be closed for 2 to three weeks. That is for a culvert replacement project.
