Some of the topics that were covered are Ethics and Professionalism, Stress on the corrections Officer, Body searches and Fire safety. An overview of the criminal justice system was also presented. OhioMeansJobs Hardin County is holding a Hardin County Career Expo and Job Fair on November 14. It will run from 8:30am to 2pm in the Community Building at the Hardin County Courthouse. Hardin County schools will be in attendance, the event offers an opportunity to recruit employment for immediate and future needs. Registration is free.
The Halloween parade in the Village of Dunkirk will take place this evening. The parade will start at 7 this evening. Because of the parade, the October Skills Camp for 7:30 this evening has been canceled. The last camp for the month will be held from 8 until 9 this Saturday morning (October 28).
