Vehicle Stolen While Parked in Kenton

A motor vehicle was stolen over the weekend in Kenton.   According to the Kenton Police Department report, a Marion woman told officers her vehicle was stolen while it was parked in the 500 block of South Leighton Street.   The vehicle is a red 1979 Ford pickup.   The incident is under investigation.

Woman Charged with Domestic Violence

A woman was arrested this past Saturday night following a domestic disturbance involving a boyfriend and girlfriend.   According to the Kenton Police Department report, officers were dispatched to 398 East Forest Road to investigate the domestic violence incident.   Police arrested 20 year old Katlynn Sturgell on a charge of domestic violence.   The victim suffered apparent minor injuries.

Counterfeit Money Reports Climb in Findlay

There's been an increase in reports involving counterfeit currency in Findlay over the last two weeks.   According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, the denominations have been ten and twenty dollar bills.   Most of the bills have been passed at restaurants and convenience stores.   Employees handling cash should scrutinize cash and immediately notify the department if they believe a counterfeit bill has been passed.   […]
