An emergency evacuation drill will take place at Kenton High School on Thursday (Oct 26).  Kenton Elementary School and Kenton Middle School will not be impacted. Those buildings will continue normal operations.

The Logan County Sheriff's Office hosted a three week corrections academy.  Some of the topics that were covered are Ethics and Professionalism, Stress on the corrections Officer, Body searches and  Fire safety. An overview of the criminal justice system was also presented. OhioMeansJobs Hardin County is holding a Hardin County Career Expo and Job Fair on November 14. It will run from 8:30am to 2pm in the Community Building at the Hardin County Courthouse. Hardin County schools will be in attendance, the event offers an opportunity to recruit employment for immediate and future needs. Registration is free.
