The Hardin Soil and Water Conservation District is taking orders for its annual pond fish sale. School Lunch Changes for KES this Week

There are a few lunch menu changes at the Kenton Elementary School this wek. Cafeteria Supervisor Regina Comstock said that the changes are necessitated due to menu items being unavailable.   She said they are still experiencing challenges in purchasing. Ada School District’s Meeting on Athletic Conference Membership Tonight

The Ada School District is holding a community meeting this evening. It will start at 6:00 and is expected to last until 8 tonight in the school auditorium.  The purpose of the meeting is to provide information regarding athletic conference membership.  There will be an opportunity for public comments and a time for the public to ask questions.

Glazed Over Hope for Everhart Fundraiser a Big Success

Glazed Over in Kenton teamed up with Hope for Everhart to host a “Dine to Donate” for Keith Everhart today.  10% of all proceeds from donuts sold at Glazed Over today were donated to the Hope for Everhart Fund.  The fundraiser included all sales in-store and custom orders.  Glazed Over reported that they were sold out well before closing at noon.

ONU Engineer Day at KES

Ohio Northern Engineer Day was held at the Kenton Elementary School this week. On March 1, students from Ohio Northern University's Engineering Department visited KES to make ramps with the kids. They also taught them about force and motion. Students had lots of fun while learning during the day.
