A recent Grand Jury returned several charges, including involuntary manslaughter, against a Kenton woman. 39 year old Sarah M. Lease was also indicted on two counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and corrupting another with drugs. OhioHealth has terminated its contract with Therapy and Wellness Solutions Inc., but the center is not closing. Lindsey Gordon, Senior Media and Public Relations Consultant, said the decision to terminate the contract was a business decision and will be effective April 22 this year.
