Hunting season for deer continues in the State of Ohio. Muzzleloader season starts tomorrow, January 6 and runs through Tuesday June 9, 2024. In addition, archery season continues. The Hardin County Engineer's Office announced a road closing. Roundhead Township Road 21 closed as of this morning. That is for a tile replacement project. The road is expected to reopen at 4pm on Monday January 8.

The floodplain maps from the Federal Emergency Management Agency officially went into effect at the end of November last year, and there were changes from the previous FEMA floodplain zone maps.
