Community Health Assessment Community Release Event Scheduled

The Kenton-Hardin Health Department is holding a Community Health Assessment Community Release Event from 2 until 3:30pm on Thursday October 12.

Approximately every 3 to 5 years the Health Department works with The Hospital Council of Northwest Ohio to conduct a new Community Health Assessment to assess the county’s health as a whole and to create a health improvement plan to try to find ways to improve the county’s health. 

It will be held in-person at the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office Jacob Parrott Safety Center in Kenton.
