Veterans’ vs Supporters 5K Run

Veterans’ vs Supporters, everyone is equally encouraged to participate in this fun filled, friendly competition, annual, 5K event . The Hardin Veterans’ Service Commission is hosting the event and American Legion Post 198 (Kenton), VFW Post 1182 (Forest), VFW Post 9381 (Ada), and Amvets Post 1994 are this year’s sponsors.

The first 20 Veterans who early-register for the event will have their entry fee waived!

Date: August 29th, 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m. Sharp (#bib & sport headband pick-up)
Location: Veterans Park (15906 Route 309, Kenton, OH)
Registration: Veterans’ Service Office (in the courthouse), for early registration; late registration will start at 9 a.m., the day of the event.
Cost: $10 dollars

All participants must register and sign the waiver agreement. All registered participants will receive a free sport headband (while supplies last) and a #bib, along with free refreshments and snacks.
