Hit-and-Run Involving Amish Buggy Reported South of Kenton

A hit/skip accident involving an Amish buggy and a car occurred at around 5:20 Sunday evening on State Right 31 near County Road 190 south of Kenton.

According to information from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, a northbound tan colored Honda struck the buggy and then left the scene.

There were some tan Honda parts found at the scene.

The vehicle will have damage on the driver’s side and will be missing the front portion along the wheel well.

This was listed as an injury accident, but no information on the extent of injuries was provided, and the accident remains under investigation.
