France Lake and Saulisberry Park Campground Featured in Alliance Spotlight

The Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance featured France Lake and Saulisberry Park Campground in its Tourism Spotlight.

The Alliance noted that the almost 200 acres provide the perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Lake activities include fishing, boating, and kayaking, and new this year is a kayak launcher.

Swimming however is strictly prohibited and lake activities require permits, which may be purchased on the City of Kenton website. 

The park also offers picnic tables around the lake, a small playground area for young children and a basketball court. 

For those seeking an overnight stay, the park offers small campsites for rent.
