Members of the Hardin County Shrine Club will once again be distributing their newspaper-style tabloids for the annual Shrine Hospital Crusade on Friday, May 24th and Saturday, May 25th.

The purpose of the hospital crusade is to inform the public throughout Ohio of the health care services provided by the Shrine Hospitals.

The tabloid depicts stories of children from across the world treated at the Shrine Hospitals regardless of their ability to pay.

The tabloids give instructions on how to contact the Shrine about getting help for a child who has cleft lip or cleft palate or crippled or a burned child.

Treatment is available to all children regardless of their race, religion, or relationship to a Shriner.

During the past 82 years, more than 835,000 children have received medical treatment at the 22 Shrine Hospitals.
