Hardin Memorial Hospital would like to welcome certified nurse practitioner, Audrey Warmbrod to its specialty center. Audrey will be working alongside Robert E. Exten, Jr., MD providing oncology and hematology services.

As a native to the area, Audrey received her associate of nursing degree in 2009 from Rhodes State College. She began her nursing career at Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation and then worked four years at Hardin Memorial Hospital in various departments before becoming a certified nurse practitioner in 2015.

For the past seven years, Audrey has worked as a nurse practitioner gaining extensive experience working with patients who have been diagnosed with cancer or who are being treated for a blood disorder. When patients receive cancer care at an OhioHealth facility they have an entire cancer care team supporting them. This team includes physicians, oncology-certified nurses, advanced practice providers such as Audrey, dietitians, pharmacists, occupational and physical therapists, social workers, palliative care, home care and hospice.

Audrey is looking forward to working with the entire cancer care team and providing care to a community in which she lives with her husband and raises her family. When Audrey is not in the office, you can find her enjoying her kids at many sporting events.
