Kenton Ties Celina in Boys Soccer Action

Kenton High School Boys Varsity Soccer ties Celina Senior High School 2-2.

The Cats fell behind 2-0 in the first 15 minutes and trailed 2-0 at halftime.

A 2nd half ferocious comeback left the game tied at 2-2.

Kenton attempted 11 corners in the game and out shot Celina 12-4 in the contest.

With 16 minutes left in the game a Trevor Brown corner found the head of KP Miller to cut the lead in half.

45 seconds later Devin Hastings scores an unassisted goal to tie the score 2-2. Brent Rader recorded 2 saves in goal.

Kenton is now 5-0-2 (1-0-1 WBL) Kenton travels to Defiance on Tuesday, September 15 for their next game.

The JV cats suffered their first defeat 2-0 and fell to 5-1.
