Logan County Investigators Continue to Follow Up on Leads in 1999 Disappearance Case

A dig on Thursday where human remains were suspected to be located in Logan County turned up nothing.

Logan County Sheriff Randall Dodds said they were following up on information in their search for Michael Lattimer.

The 18 year old from Ridgeway went missing in November of 1999.

He was supposed to pick up a title for a vehicle he purchased, but he was never heard from again.

Lattimer had been scheduled to testify in a criminal case.

The dig site was located in the unincorporated area of Horton in northern Logan County.

Sheriff Dodds stated they will continue to investigate all leads they receive in an effort to locate Lattimer and bring closure for the family.
