The Ada School District’s National Honor Society partnered with the American Red Cross to host a school blood drive recently.
Students and staff showed up in a big way, and together they collected 32 units of blood, helping save lives across the country.
Every 2 seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood or platelets, and the Bulldog community stepped up to make a difference.
School officials thanked everyone who donated, tried to donate, or volunteered to make the day a success.
If you missed that one, there’s another chance to help.
The Red Cross will host a community blood drive at Ada Visiting Nurses on Monday, November 17th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
