Alan Elwood Secures Second Place Finish in Pro AM Series Round 4 in Cincinnati
The Elwood Motorsports Kart racing team of Forest spent the weekend in Cincinnati at the Motorsports Country Club of Cincinnati and took part in round 4 of the Pro AM Series.
Elwood Motorsports driver Alan Elwood qualified in the fourth position.
At the start of the pre-final, Elwood got squeezed to 5th, then he battled his way to second and nearly won the pre-final.
The final started with Elwood in second, and two turns in he took the lead for a lap, but Matt Lyda slipped around Elwood and got the win.
The second place finish keeps Elwood in the hunt for a Pro AM championship.
